I liked the location, which was excellent and unbeatable to great restaurants at the top of the street on the waterfront. It's very close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the Sky Tower, less than a 5-minute walk.

Great location within walking distance of Skycity Casino and public transportation, comfortable room with a writing desk, couch, and cozy bed.

The units are well-appointed and top-notch with a view.

The employees were really helpful and extremely courteous. Convenient shuttle service from the airport. A wide variety of food available in the lounge area. Great central location next to common areas, CBD, Sky City, restaurants, and shops. Geographically in a very good spot right next to a tower and main street. Walking distance to Skytower.

I loved the delicious and fulfilling breakfast that included juices, pastries, and omelettes, and the convenience of being close to The Warehouse was fantastic.

The breakfast was generous and large with fresh fruit and an interesting assortment of bread. Free barista coffees included.- Very good value for money.- Can't recommend this place highly enough and would stay here again.

The breakfast at Crowne Plaza Auckland was generous with many selections and served in the lounge area. The location of the hotel is magnificent and unbeatable, within walking distance from Victoria Park.

I had a great time at Crowne Plaza Auckland! The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, with a writing table and a couch. The breakfast was incredible and awesome, with the Chef making eggs. It was very good value for money compared to other options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The value for money at Crowne Plaza was great with the added bonus of crown lounge access. The room was fantastic and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Sky City. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even surprising us with sparkling wine and a card for our honeymoon.

The hotel breakfast menu lacked options for vegans, with limited choices beyond mushrooms and baked beans. It would have been nice to have dairy-free yogurt or a spread for toast and crumpets.

The breakfast was very extensive and delicious, the room was quite small but very tastefully arranged and very cozy.

You couldn't turn off the air conditioning completely...

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location within the Atrium shopping centre was perfect, making it easy to access everything in central Auckland. The staff provided great customer service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as room service and car hire, added to the overall convenience of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families as well.

Great presentation and selection

The situation is very good. Parking is also no problem and on Sundays the prices are also very reasonable. Breakfast was fine.

The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, especially at this price. Even some motels on our round trip had a more comfortable bathroom. Toilet flushing was a disaster.
